EML-200 Mark II
The SubtleSonic Virtual EML-200 Mark II is a digital model of the Electrocomp EML-200 modular synth. It features two Voltage-Controlled Oscillators (VCOs) as well as a sequencer module which is inspired by the Moog 960 sequencer. The EML-200 Mark II's integrated recording system makes it easy to use for creating electro-acoustic music and doing sound design.
While the EML-200 is limited in terms of the modules it offers, these constraints can also lead to interesting creative routings, and the presets that come with the EML-200 demonstrate some more adventurous configurations. The presets also come with descriptions which indicate the important features of the particular presets. MIDI controller mapping allows you to control the synth as you would a physical unit.
